REMOD
OM 2008
The compact operating module REMOD OM 2008 informs the operator about the operating conditions of the plant and allows to manage the running production process actively.
For this purpose, it can be installed both in a control cabinet and locally, for machine oriented operation. The installation close to the process allows the operator to react immediately to changes.
REMOD OM 2008 is equipped with 8 light/ illuminated buttons, which are designed as robust and wear-free short-click buttons. The built-in 5-color surface LED with additional flashing function and separate status LED, allow a comfortable overview and clear feedback of the system. For easy identification, the keys can be individually labeled with slide-in strips.
The REMOD OM 2008 operating modules are completely parameterized for an immediately use, compared to individually wired or wired buttons and LEDs.
This results in considerable time savings during commissioning and increased system stability during operation.
Each OM 2008 head module can be expanded by 7 sub-modules per bus node, which are connected via fieldbus interfaces. A combination with the REMOD OM 2002 rotary encoder module is also possible
The electronics installed in the control unit are reliable and have a very energy-efficient design.
